Reservations: To confirm rooms or places in any of our offers, a minimum deposit of 50 % of the total cost of services is required. The remaining amount has to be paid at least 24 working hours before the
specific time limit of your reservation.
Cancellation Costs: Any cancellation of reservations already paid for generates automatically and without exception a charge of US $ 50 (FIFTY US DOLLARS)
to cover administrative expenses for each reservation, as well as all charges detailed in the section Cancellations and Penalties.
Cancellations and Penalties: Cancellations are accepted if notified in writing to Representaciones Web CA.
Cancellation costs for ground services are as follows: If paid with credit card: commissions and taxes discounted by credit card companies. Any cancellation for penalty free periods, the cost of 1 night
stays if the respective hotel charges it.
During High Season: Cancellations less than 14 days before scheduled arrival the penalty is the same as the total cost of the purchased services (100 %).
During Low Season: Cancellations less than 7 days before scheduled arrival the penalty is the same as the total cost of the purchased services (100 %)
Refunds: Any refund request has to be forwards to S.I.Tours. CA not more than 3 days after the end of the purchased services and has to be documented by justifications. No refund will be made for
services no consumed by the passenger voluntarily.
Check in and Check out. Most hotels have established Check in: 15.00 check out 13.00. Those timelines are accepted by the passenger by submitting the reservation request. Any modification of these
timelines has to be requested in writing at the reservation request and the confirmation is subject to the policies of each of the particular hotels and may be subject to an extra charge.
Documents. It is the passenger's exclusive responsibility to have his documents in order to travel. The passenger has to have a valid passport and the required Visas according to the schedule. The passengers
failing to do so cause the loss of any right to refunds if the authorities of any country deny entry.
Short cut stay. Any stay cut short or cancelled as well as any not consumed service by decision of the client whatever the motive, shall be assumed by the client. S.I.ToursCA and Representaciones Web Ca will
not refund the cost.
Luggage: Luggage and personal objects travel at risk of the passenger. Therefore, S.I Tours Ca or Representaciones Web CA are not to be held responsible under any sconce, nor is the external operator if
this is the case, for loss or damage. We recommend purchasing assurance to cover this risk.
Changes in Schedules and hotels. S.I. Tours Ca or Representaciones Web CA may change due to mayor force (strike, climatic phenomena, terrorist acts, political acts or reasons of security modify
schedules as hotels for others providing the same category and comfort.
Prices: The prices published at the web pages of Representaciones Web CA are valid. The prices are expressed in US $ or in some case in local currency. Those prices are subject to changes without
previous notice. They do no include exit taxes if apply any.
Transfer Service. With the purchase of a minimum stay of 3 nights in a row in any of the hotels on MargaritaIsland, free airport Margarita- hotel- airport Margarita is included. You must indicate airline,
flight number and arrival time at least 72 hours before arrival (from Monday to Friday). If you supply the flight information after this timeline or supply incomplete or incorrect information, we can not provide this service. Without
any exceptions.
Responsibilities Representaciones Web Ca declares explicitly that it acts as intermediary between passenger and hotels, airlines and others (Tour operators); Companies or personas that facilitate these
services. In case of any damage to property or accidents caused by atmospheric conditions, public disorder, war, rumour of war or any case of mayor force that may be imputed to any of the parts, Representaciones Web may serve as a mediator
between the passenger and the Service provider.
When using any form of transportations (air, sea, ground or river) the passenger is subject to the conditions implied by the service provider. Therefore, Representaciones Web CA is not to be held responsible
in any case.
The passenger is responsible to check Reservation Policies
Representaciones Web Ca may modify the reservation policies at any moment it considers necessary.
Reservations for apartments have to be paid by deposit as provided in the offer e-mailed by the operator.
Reservations for some apartments require a guarantee deposit that will be refunded at departure. Conditions will be notified by the operator in any case.
Reservation of apartments is subject to the same cancellation policies as hotels.
Passenger's acceptation: The passenger declares to know and accept the present general conditions by any of the following actions:
- Payment of the services before in any form or modality.
- Accepting the invoice
- Accepting services and quotes by e-mail
- By using any portion of the quoted services.
The original of the present policies is redacted in Spanish and subject to legislation for República Bolivariana de Venezuela. Any controversy derived by the use of the services or the
content of our web sites the parts will submit to Courts of Porlamar, Nueva Esparta, Isla de Margarita, Venezuela.
